师范生教育实习评价研究综述及展望

摘　　要：教育实习评价是师范生实习中的关键一环,高质量的评价可以有效提升反馈、改进的效率,提升教育实习的质量。而我国现有的教育实习评价缺少可靠的证据支撑、忽视过程性评价、缺乏有效的反馈渠道。该文通过在中国知网CNKI搜索相关文献并进行筛选、分类、阅读和分析,围绕教育实习评价的内涵与主体,教育实习表现性评价与发展性评价的重要作用,教育实习评价的内容与标准、工具和指标构建,教育实习评价的现存问题与改进策略这四个主题对教育实习评价的现有研究进行归纳和总结,旨在探索可以有效提升教育实习评价质量的方法。The evaluation of educational practice is a key link in the practice of normal university students.High quality evaluation can effectively improve the efficiency of feedback and improvement,and enhance the quality of educational practice.However,the existing educational practice evaluation in our country lacks reliable evidence support,neglects process evaluation and lacks effective feedback channels.This paper selects,classifies,reads and analyzes relevant articles on CNKI.This paper summarizes the existing research on educational practice evaluation by focusing on four themes:the connotation and main subjects of educational practice evaluation,the important role of educational practice performance evaluation and developmental evaluation,the content and standards of educational practice evaluation,the construction of tools and indicators,the existing problems and improvement strategies of educational practice evaluation.The aim is to explore the methods that can effectively improve the quality of educational practice evaluation.
