摘 要:建设高素质专业化的科学教师队伍是支撑科技教育强国建设的奠基性工程,迫切需要我国加强科学教育专业建设。以33所本科高等院校的科学教育专业人才培养方案为研究对象,采用内容分析法对培养目标、课程结构和课程设置进行分析,发现我国科学教育专业面临培养目标不聚焦、专业边界模糊、课程结构不合理、专业方向课程学科本位现象严重等诸多问题,反映了高校科学教师培养在“学术性”与“师范性”、“中学教师”与“小学教师”之间权衡的纠结状态。建议加强科学教育专业顶层设计,统筹高校科学教育专业建设和中小学科学教师队伍建设,建立“培”“聘”有机协调机制;高校应以专业认证为契机,聚焦培养目标定位,优化课程结构,加强科学人文类、中小学科技活动类课程,明确专业边界和特色。Building a high-quality and specialized team of science teachers is a foundational project to support the construction of a strong country in science and technology education,which puts forward new requirements for the construction of science education majors.The study used content analysis method to analyze the learn-ing programs of science education majors in 33 universities.It was found that science education majors face many problems,such as lack of focus on training objectives,blurred professional boundaries,unreasonable curriculum structure,and serious disciplinary oriented phenomena in professional direction courses.This re-flects the dilemma of balancing“academic”and“teacher training”in the training of science teachers.It is suggested that the government strengthen the top-level design,coordinate the construction of science education majors in universities and the development of science teacher teams in primary and secondary schools.Univer-sities should focus on training objectives,optimize curriculum structure,strengthen the“teacher training”of courses,select compulsory courses in professional directions,and clarify professional boundaries and charac-teristics.
