摘  要:目的 探讨问题式学习(PBL)结合团队式学习(TBL)的双轨教学法在金匮要略课程中的应用效果。方法 2022年9月—2022年12月,选择2019级中西医结合专业2班和中西医结合专业3班学生作为调查对象,2班为对照组,采用LBL授课;3班为实验组,采用PBL结合TBL双轨教学法授课。通过对比两组形成性评价情况、期末考试成绩及问卷调查结果,对教学效果进行评价。结果 实验组学生在出勤、课堂纪律、主观能动性、知识掌握能力、文献检索能力、完成作业态度6个方面的评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生期末成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生教学评价问卷调查显示,实验组问卷各项评分除是否认为增加了学习负担外,其余均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在金匮要略课程中应用PBL结合TBL双轨教学法,有助于提高教学效果,提升学生的中医思维能力及团队协作、交流等综合素质。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with TBL dual-track teaching method in the teaching of Syn-opsis of the Golden Chamber.Methods From September 2022 to December 2022,Class 2 and Class 3 of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine major of Grade 2019 were selected as investigation objects,and LBL traditional teaching method and PBL+TBL dual-track teaching method were adopted respectively.The teaching effect was evaluated by comparing the formative evaluation,final examination scores and questionnaire results of the two groups.Results The scores of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in six aspects:attendance,classroom discipline,subjective initiative,knowledge mastery ability,litera-ture retrieval ability and homework atitude,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The final scores of the experimen-tal group were significantly beter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teach-ing evaluation questionnaire showed that the total score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL+TBL dual-track teaching method in the teaching of Synopsis of the Colden Cham-ber is helpful to improve the teaching effect,enhance the students'thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine,team cooperation,communication and other comprehensive qualities.
