摘 要:目的 探讨SimMan 3G联合情景模拟教学、问题式学习(PBL)、案例式学习(CBL)模式在临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法 研究对象为山东中医药大学临床医学院2018级临床医学专业大四在校学生103名,采用随机抽样法分为实验组(52名)和对照组(51名)。对照组采用传统“理论讲授+单项技术练习”教学方法,实验组采用SimMan 3G联合情景模拟、CBL、PBL综合教学法,比较两组理论成绩、技能操作成绩及实训教学效果评价。结果 实验组理论成绩、技能操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),实训教学效果评价也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SimMan 3G联合情景模拟、CBL、PBL模式不仅提高了学生的学习兴趣及自学主观能动性,同时帮助其培养临床综合思维能力、提高临床综合技能水平、增强急救意识和相关知识、增强团队合作意识,以及提高医患沟通技巧、人文素养等,为培养以岗位胜任力为导向的综合应用型临床医师奠定良好基础。Objective To explore the application effect of SimMan 3G combined situational simulation teaching,CBL and PBL teach-ing method in clinical skills teaching.Methods The subjects were 103 senior students majoring in Grade 2018 clinical medicine of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into experimental group of 52 subjects and control group of 5l subjects by random sampling method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method of"theory leaching and single technical practice",and the experimental group adopted SimMan 3G combined with scenario simulation,CBL and PBL comprehensive teaching method.The theoretical knowledge,skill operation assessment results and practical training teaching effect evaluation of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and skill operation assessment of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the evaluation of practical teaching effect was also significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SimMan 3G combined with scenario simulation,CBL and PBL models not only improve stu-dents'learning interest and self-study initiative,but also help them cultivate clinical comprehensive thinking ability,improve clinical comprehensive skills,enhance first-aid awareness and related knowledge,enhance team cooperation awareness,improve doctor-patient communication skills and humanistic literacy,so as to cultivate comprehensive application-oriented professionals oriented by post competence lays a good foundation.
