从认知主义到建构主义——高中生法治意识核心素养教学理念转变的可行性分析

摘　　要：在党的二十大报告中,法治建设首次被单独列为一章进行论述,这凸显了新时代全面依法治国在我国发展全局中的重要地位。《全国教育系统开展法治宣传教育的第八个五年规划(2021—2025年)》也明确指出,在高中思想政治课程中推动法治教育高质量开展,对营造良好法治环境有着关键作用。因此,法治意识被赋予了学科核心素养的重要地位。然而,当前高中法治教学仍由认知主义教学理念主导,这种传统教学理念与法治意识培育的错位导致教学手段低效、教学语言刻板、教学重点偏移、评价机制单一等问题,影响法治意识核心素养培育的实效性。因此,引入高度契合法治意识核心素养的建构主义学习理论,针对当前法治意识核心素养的培育困境,提出灵活应用信息技术、开展高质量会话、提升教师法治素养、更新评价体系的多方面培育策略,具有重要的现实意义。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China marked the first time that the rule of law construction was given a dedicated chapter,highlighting its paramount importance in the overall development of the country under the new era.The Eighth Five-Year Plan for the Promotion of Legal Education in the National Education System(2021—2025)also explicitly states the crucial role of advancing high-quality legal education in high school ideological and political courses in fostering a favorable legal environment.Consequently,consciousness of rule of law has been endowed with a pivotal position among disciplinary core competencies.Nonetheless,current high school legal education is still dominated by cognitivism teaching concept,leading to a mismatch with the cultivation of consciousness of rule of law.This discrepancy manifests in classroom inefficiencies such as outdated teaching methods,rigid instructional language,skewed focal points,and a monolithic assessment system,all of which undermine the effectiveness of cultivating core competency of consciousness of rule of law.Therefore,the incorporation of constructivism study theories,which resonate with rule of law cultivation,holds practical significance.Strategies proposed include the flexible use of information technology,conducting high-quality dialogues,enhancing teachers'legal literacy,and updating evaluation frameworks to address the challenges in cultivating core competence of consciousness of rule of law.
