摘　　要：本期推出的笔谈,力求以新时代高等教育数字化变革促进教育强国建设,以教育强国助力中国式现代化和全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。《高等教育数字化转型需要全新的思想武器》一文,提出联通主义指导高等教育数字化转型的重要思想武器。高等教育需要根据微观、中观和宏观的联通推动数字化转型,建立跟人类数字文明相匹配的教育生态体系。《面向教育强国战略的高等教育数字化转型:基本原理、通用框架和实施路径》一文,探讨了高等教育数字化转型的通用框架和有效实施路径,旨在加快我国高等教育数字化转型进程,赋能教育强国建设。《在高等教育数字化转型中夯实终身学习公共服务体系基础》一文,提出通过发挥高等教育数字化转型“倍增器”作用,建起终身学习公共服务体系的“驾驶舱”与“立交桥”,可以夯实终身学习服务体系基础。《国家高等教育智慧教育平台:新质人才培养的重要引擎》一文,提出国家高等教育智慧教育平台需加强数据融通、促进资源共享、拓展平台功能、推动技术创新,打造国际化、创新型的人才培养新高地。《以高等教育全过程数智化创新助力教育强国新质人才培养》一文,提出高等教育新质人才培养应把全过程数智化底座建设、教学模式构建、评价数智化放在重要位置,以数智化教学联盟确保全过程数智化高质量发展。The articles in this issue aim at promoting the construction of a great education power through digital transformation of higher education in the new era,and boosting Chinese modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through education.In “Digital Transformation of Higher Education Calls for New Ideological Weapon”,connectivism is proposed as an important ideological weapon guiding digital transformation of higher education.The transformation should be conducted in accordance with microscopic,meso,and macroscopic connectivity,thus creating an education ecosystem that matches human digital civilization.In “Digital Transformation of Higher Education for the Great Education Power Strategy:Basic Principles,Generic Framework,and Implementation Path”,the generic framework and effective implementation path of the transformation are discussed,aiming to accelerate digital transformation of China's higher education and empower the construction of a great education power.In “Consolidating the Foundation of the Public Service System for Lifelong Learning in Digital Transformation of Higher Education”,it is held that digital transformation of higher education should be leveraged as a “multiplier” to build the “cockpit” and the “overpass” of the public service system for lifelong learning,so as to consolidate the foundation of the system.In “National Intelligent Higher Education Platform:a Powerful Engine for New Quality Talent Education”,it is maintained that the national intelligent higher education platform should strengthen data connectivity,promote resource sharing,expand platform functions,and boost technological innovation to build an international and innovative headquarters for talent cultivation.In “Driving New Quality Talent Cultivation for a Great Education Power with Whole-process Digital Intelligence Innovation in Higher Education”,it is argued that in higher education of new quality talent,importance should be attached to the construction of whole-process digit
