摘  要:驼乳中掺假牛乳现象逐渐增多,而现有的检测驼乳中牛乳掺假的方法较费时费力。该研究的目的是建立一种快速、简便、灵敏且特异的方法,用于鉴别驼乳中是否掺有牛乳。该方法使用胶体金纳米颗粒标记抗骆驼IgG、牛IgG的特异性抗体,开发了一种基于竞争法的双重胶体金免疫层析试纸条,用于检测样品中的骆驼IgG和牛IgG,根据试纸条检测线(T)与质控线(C)的显色结果,判断样品中是否含有驼乳和牛乳成分。该方法可在10~15 min内读取结果,牛乳检出限为5%,操作简便,适宜现场快速检测。Adulteration of cow’s milk with camel’s milk is gradually increasing and the existing methods for detecting cow’s milk adulteration in camel’s milk are time-consuming and laborious.The objective of this study was to develop a rapid,simple,sensitive and specific method for detecting the presence of cow’s milk in camel’s milk.The method uses colloidal gold nanoparticles labeled with specific antibodies against camel IgG and bovine IgG,and a competitive method of duplex colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strip was developed for detecting camel IgG and bovine IgG in samples.The presence of camel milk and cow’s milk components in the samples is determined based on the color development of the test line(T)and the control line(C)on the test strip.The results can be read within 10–15 min,and the detection limit of cow’s milk is 5%.This method is easy to operate and suitable for rapid detection in the field.
