摘　　要：文章分析了“实用英语”在线课程的设计原则,理清了课程建设的必要性,详述了在线课程建设期间的具体细则。课程在教学中的实际应用以及最终的评价机制也让“实用英语”在线课程融入信息技术,在提升施教者以及学习者信息化水平的同时,从理念和设计上摆脱传统课堂的束缚,保证了在线课程的时效性、信息化、趣味性以及思想深度,确保课程以学习者为中心,满足个性化、差异化学习的同时,为学习者终身学习提供了可能。The online course Practical English analyzes the course theory and the principle of course design,clarifies the necessity of course construction,expounds the concrete implementation process of the online course from the interpretation of the platform index,to the actual production of courseware and video,to the perfection of various resources.Meanwhile,the practical application and the final evaluation mechanism also make the online course integrate with information technology,while improving the information level of the instructors and the learners.From the concept and design to get rid of the shackles of traditional classroom,ensure the timeliness,informationization,interest and thought depth,and ensure that the course is learner-centered to meet the personalized,differentiated learning,and to provide learners with the possibility of lifelong learning.
