高校学科建设的影响因素与对策研究——基于30所高校的模糊集定性比较分析

摘　　要：高校学科建设关乎国家科技创新和人才培养,因此要调动多方面资源推动高校学科建设。资源依赖理论有助于深入理解高校学科建设的资源依赖因素及路径发展。高校学科建设的资源依赖因素主要表现为对高校内部资源和外部资源的依赖:高校内部资源包括自身收入水平、师资配置、科研实力;外部资源包括教育经费、数字经济水平、人才环境、城市创新能力。通过模糊集定性比较分析,发现高校师资配置与科研实力是构成高水平学科建设的核心条件,并得出4条产生高水平学科建设的组态路径,以及在组态路径中各条件变量间存在的潜在替代关系。据此提出推动高校学科建设的对策:高校要改进引才育才方案,构建多层次的师资队伍结构;高校要进行数智科研建设,推动科研成果转化;政府要优化经费管理,科学评估高校建设成效;社会要与高校营造人才输送的双赢环境;高校要合理配置资源,实现资源配置的帕累托最优状态。The discipline construction of universities is related to national scientific and technological innovation and personnel training,so it needs to mobilize various resources to promote it.Resource dependence theory can help to deeply understand the resource dependence and path of university discipline construction.The resource dependence of university discipline construction is mainly manifested as the dependence on the internal and external resources of university,the internal resources of university include their own income level,the allocation of teachers and the strength of scientific research.External resources include education funds,digital economy level,talent environment,and urban innovation capacity.Through the qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets,it is found that the allocation of teachers and research strength in universities are the core conditions for the construction of high-level disciplines,and four configuration paths for the construction of highlevel disciplines and the potential substitution relationships among each condition variable in the configuration path are obtained.Accordingly,the countermeasures are put forward:universities should improve the program of attracting talents and cultivating talents,and form a multi-level teacher structure;universities should carry out the construction of mathematical intelligence scientific research and realize the transformation of scientific research results;the governments should optimize the direction of funding support and evaluate the effectiveness of construction scientifically;the society should form a win-win environment for talent transfer with colleges and universities;universities should allocate resources reasonably and realize the Pareto optimal allocation of resources.
