摘　　要：市域产教联合体作为职业教育产教融合载体的重大创新,其出现与发展具有强烈的政策逻辑、教育逻辑和产业逻辑。在现阶段产教联合体建设过程中,发展理念、政策法规、组织架构、利益激励等多个方面存在掣肘,阻碍了其发展的脚步。有必要明确发展理念、更新政策法规、完善组织架构、强化利益激励,从根本上持续推动市域产教联合体的高质量发展。The establishment of the city-wide industry and education consortium as a major innovation in vocational education's integration of education and production is driven by strong policy logic,educational logic,and industrial logic.In the current stage of the development of city-wide industry and education consortium,there are multiple constraints in terms of development philosophy,policies and regulations,organizational structure,and interest incentives,hindering the development of city-wide industry and education consortium.It is necessary to clarify the development philosophy,update policies and regulations,improve the organizational structure,and strengthen interest incentives to fundamentally drive the high-quality development of city-wide industry and education consortium.
