摘  要:目的:分析2019—2023年西安市碑林区食源性疾病流行病学特征,了解发病及流行趋势,为制订预防食源性疾病的措施提供依据。方法:运用描述性流行病学方法,分析食源性疾病的时间分布、人群分布、主要临床症状和病原检测结果。结果:2019—2023年西安市碑林区监测食源性疾病5052例,女性多于男性,学生病例最多,以20~29岁年龄段为主,以6—8月为高发期,主要可疑进食食品种类为混合食品,加工及包装方式主要为餐饮服务业,进食场所主要发生于家庭,临床症状主要为消化系统症状,初步诊断为急性胃肠炎,病原体检出主要为诺如病毒。结论:西安市碑林区应进一步加强食源性疾病监测,加强监督规范餐饮业各环节质量把控,最大限度预防食源性疾病的发生。Objective:The epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in Beilin district of Xi’an city from 2019 to 2023 were analyzed to understand the incidence and epidemic trend,and to provide evidence for the prevention of foodborne diseases.Method:Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the time distribution,population distribution,main clinical symptoms and pathogen detection results of foodborne diseases.Result:From 2019 to 2023,5052 cases of foodborne diseases were monitored in Beilin district of Xi’an city,with more females than males,and most cases among students.The majority of cases were in the age group of 20~29 years old.During the high incidence period in summer,the main types of suspected food were mixed food,the processing and packaging methods were mainly catering services,the eating places were mainly in families,and the clinical symptoms were mainly digestive system symptoms.The initial diagnosis was acute gastroenteritis,and the pathogen was mainly norovirus.Conclusion:Beilin district of Xi’an should further strengthen the monitoring of foodborne diseases,strengthen the supervision and standardization of the quality control of the catering industry,and maximize the prevention of foodborne diseases.
