摘　　要：医院食堂是为医护人员及患者提供就餐的重要场所,因服务对象具有较高的特殊性,保障食品卫生安全非常关键。加强医院食堂食品卫生安全管理,有助于提高医院食堂食品卫生安全与质量状况,降低食品卫生安全事件的发生概率,确保医护人员及患者饮食安全,避免引发不良社会影响,推动医院稳定有序发展。本文概述了医院食堂食品卫生安全管理的重要性,分析了医院食堂食品卫生安全管理内容,探讨了医院食堂食品卫生安全管理强化措施。The hospital canteen is an important place to provide meals for medical staff and patients,and it is very important to ensure food hygiene and safety due to the high particularity of the service objects.Strengthening the food hygiene and safety management of hospital canteens will help improve the food hygiene safety and quality of hospital canteens,reduce the probability of food hygiene and safety incidents,ensure the food safety of medical staff and patients,avoid adverse social impacts,and promote the stable and orderly development of hospitals.This paper summarizes the importance of food hygiene and safety management in hospital canteens,analyzes the content of food hygiene and safety management in hospital canteens,and discusses the strengthening measures of food hygiene and safety management in hospital canteens.
