摘　　要：《中华人民共和国学前教育法》的颁布,填补了我国学前教育领域法律空白,明确了学前教育在国民教育体系中的重要地位,保护了学龄前儿童的受教育权,为学前教育的规范化、法治化奠定了基础。然而,其在具体实施过程中还面临资源分配不均、师资质量差异、监管机制缺位等一系列现实挑战。因此,亟须根据《中华人民共和国学前教育法》,通过优化资源配置、加强师资培训、完善监管体制等来为学前教育的健康发展提供更为坚实的具体制度保障。The promulgation of the Law on Preschool Education of the People’s Republic of China has filled the legal gap in the field of preschool education in China,clarified the important position of preschool education in the national education system,protected the right to education of preschool children,and laid the foundation for the standardization and legalization of preschool education.However,in its specific implementation process,it still faces a series of practical challenges such as uneven resource allocation,differences in teacher quality,and lack of regulatory mechanisms.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize resource allocation,strengthen teacher training,and improve regulatory systems in accordance with the Law on Preschool Education of the People’s Republic of China to provide more solid and specific institutional guarantees for the healthy development of preschool education.
