摘　　要：为切实提高地方应用型高校食品专业人才的培养质量,对地方应用型高校“食品安全学”课程思政建设进行探索和实践。通过“转变教师观念”“修订教学大纲”“建立思政育人网络”“灵活运用教学方法”“改革教学反馈与评价”等方面实施“食品安全学”课程思政教育,结果取得了较好的课程思政育人教学效果。对“食品安全学”的课程思政育人教育进行改革,旨在培养未来食品行业合格的建设者和守护者,为我国食品行业培养国家和社会需要的人才。In order to effectively improve the quality of food professional talent training in local applied universities,explore and practice the ideological and political construction of the“Food Safety”course in local applied universities.The reform of ideological and political education in the course of“Food Safety”has been implemented through various aspects such as“changing teachers’concepts”,“revising teaching syllabus”,“establishing an ideological and political education network”,“flexibly applying teaching methods”,and“reforming teaching feedback and evaluation”.The results indicate that good effects have been achieved in the teaching of ideological and political education in the curriculum.Reforming the ideological and political education of the course“Food Safety”,the aim is to cultivate qualified builders and guardians for the future food industry,and to cultivate talents needed by the country and society for the food industry in China.
