摘  要:随着社会发展和科技进步,国家对食品安全的重视程度不断提高,公众对食品质量的要求也日益增长。“食品安全监督管理”课程作为食品卫生与营养专业的核心课程之一,不仅传授给学生食品安全的专业知识,更承载着培养学生正确价值观、职业道德和社会责任感的重要使命。本文探讨了在“食品安全监督管理”课程中融入思政教育的路径,包括教师的引导作用与思政元素的挖掘、多元化教学方法与实践教学相结合、构建多维度的评价体系等。这些路径的探索与实践,提升了学生的思想政治素养和综合能力,取得了良好的教学效果,为进一步的课程思政建设提供一定的借鉴和参考。With the development of society and the advancement of technology,the importance of food safety has been increasingly recognized by the state,and the public’s demand for food quality has also been growing.As a core course in the Food Hygiene and Nutrition major,the“Food Safety Supervision and Management”course not only imparts professional knowledge of food safety to students,but also carries the important mission of cultivating students’correct values,professional ethics,and social responsibility.This paper explores the pathways for integrating ideological and political education into the“Food Safety Supervision and Management”course,including the role of teachers in guiding and excavating ideological and political elements,combining diversified teaching methods with practical teaching,and constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation system.Through the exploration and practice of these pathways,the ideological and political literacy and comprehensive abilities of students have been enhanced,achieving good teaching results and providing some reference for the construction of ideological and political education in courses.
