摘 要:在大思政背景下,“食品生物化学”作为食品专业的基础课程,不仅是学生理解食品学科理论的关键桥梁,也是其未来从事食品科学研究和实践的重要基础。随着课程思政理念的推广,理论课程的思政建设取得了一定成果,但实验课程的思政改革仍需加强。文章以工程教育认证为背景,以学生学习效果为导向,深入挖掘“食品生物化学”实验课程中的思政元素,明确其思政教学目标,并探索其融入方式和多元化考核体系,旨在为大思政背景下的实践教学提供实践经验。In the context of the“Big Ideological and Political Education”initiative,“Food Biochemistry”as a basic course for food majors,not only serves as a crucial bridge for students to understand food science theories,but also lays the foundation for their future engagement in food science research and practice.With the promotion of the ideological and political education concept,significant progress has been made in the ideological and political construction of theoretical courses.However,the ideological and political reform of laboratory courses still requires further enhancement.This article,under the framework of engineering education accreditation and guided by student learning outcomes,deeply explores the ideological and political elements within the“Food Biochemistry”laboratory course,clarifies its teaching objectives,and investigates methods for integration and a diversified assessment system,aiming to provide practical experience for practical teaching in the context of comprehensive ideological and political education.
