摘  要:将课程思政融入专业课“食品标准与法规”课程教学过程中,充分挖掘思政内容,分析“食品标准与法规”课程思政教育的意义、课程思政的育人目标、专业课融入课程思政的措施等,提出专业课的思政教学思路及改革措施,把专业知识和科学思想传授给学生,为社会培养合格的食品专业人才。Integrate the course ideology and politics into the teaching process of the professional course“Food Standards and Regulations”,analyze the significance of the ideological and political education of the“Food Standards and Regulations”course,the educational goals of the course ideology and politics,and the measures of integrating the ideological and political courses into the professional course,put forward the ideological and political teaching ideas and reform measures of the professional courses,impart professional knowledge and scientific ideas to students,and cultivate qualified food professionals for the society.
