国际化背景下本科留学生的“食品工厂设计”教学改革探讨

摘　　要：在教育国际化背景下,我国每年接收大量的海外本科留学生。针对本科生的教学,许多课程在教学方法、教学内容及课程思政上仍有许多需要改进之处。文章以“食品工厂设计”为例,结合课程特点,分析了本科留学生学习该课程存在的知识缺陷,并提出了该课程在教学内容与教学方法上的改进措施。同时,将课程思政融入课程内容,对我国对外友好政策、中国文化和思想进行宣传,这对我国在国际上的影响力起到促进作用,最终实现课程的教学目标。Under the background of educational internationalization,our country receives a lot of overseas undergraduates each year.For the undergraduate teaching,many courses have a lot of room to improve,including teaching methods,teaching content and course ideological and political still.Taking the course of“Food Factory Design”as an example,we analyse the knowledge defects existing in the course and puts forward some improving measures in the teaching contents and methods.Meanwhile,the ideological and political content is set in the course,which introduces China’s foreign-friendly policy,Chinese culture and ideas.The reform of the course plays a role in promoting our international influence,and finally,achieving the teaching goal.
