摘  要:以现代信息技术应用为本质特征的虚拟仿真实验教学在高等教育信息化实验教学新体系中占据着举足轻重的作用。为了使学生深入参与电子封装实验教学,该文以金丝球焊引线键合为例,阐述了虚拟仿真实验教学的必要性;以提高学生自主学习探究能力及工程实践创新能力为实验教学目标,根据“两性一度”的原则,确立了综合设计及探究型的实验教学内容;建立的“三位一体”教学评价体系,突破了传统实验教学的限制,使学生能够自主进行实验内容设计、探究科学机理。该实验拓宽了实验教学的广度和深度,提升了电子封装技术专业实验教学的质量和水平。With the application of modern information technology as the essential feature,the virtual simulation experimental teaching occupies an important role in the new teaching system of higher education.In order to make students deeply involved in the experimental teaching of electronic packaging technology,this paper,taking gold-based wire bonding as an example,explains the necessity of virtual simulation experimental teaching.The goal of experimental teaching is to improve students'independent learning and exploration abilities and engineering practice innovation abilities.Based on the principle of“two-essences and one-degree”,the experimental teaching contents with a integrated design and inquiry-type feature have been set up,thereby establishing a comprehensive“Trinity”teaching evaluation system.Virtual simulation experimental teaching breaks through the limitations of traditional experimental teaching,which enables students to independently design experimental content and explore scientific mechanisms.It also broadens the breadth and depth of experimental teaching,thus fundamentally enhancing the quality of experimental teaching in electronic packaging technology major.
