摘 要:目前我国已进入了新发展阶段,各行各业对技术技能型的专业人才的需求日益扩大;在国家层面上,建设高质量高水平职业院校一系列文件相继出台,这就必然促使各地方大力发展职业教育。如何培养高素质高技能的应用型人才已经成为职业院校中的重中之重,近期在许多关于职业教育发展的国家级政策中,产教融合已经作为一种战略提上日程。产教融合是培养学生的一种新模式,也是一种重要的方法和途径,其对地方经济的建设起到举足轻重的作用。通过对河南省职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作、打造职教品牌的现存困境和困境产生原因的分析,找到阻碍职业教育产教融合的困境所在,并提出相应的优化路线及策略,为相关院校提供可借鉴的途径和方法。Currently,China has entered a new stage of development,and the demand for technical and skilled professionals in various industries is expanding day by day.At the national level,a series of documents have been issued to build high-quality and high-level vocational colleges,which will inevitably promote the vigorous development.How to cultivate high-quality and skilled applied talents has become a top priority in vocational colleges.Recently,in many national policies on the development of vocational education,the integration of industry and education has been put on the agenda as a strategy.The integration of industry and education is a new model for cultivating students,as well as an important method and approach,which plays a crucial role in the construction of local economy.This article analyzes the existing difficulties and causes of deepening the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,and building a vocational education brand in vocational education in our province.It identifies the obstacles that hinder the integration of industry and education in vocational education,and proposes corresponding optimization routes and strategies,providing relevant colleges with reference and methods.
