摘　　要：学生发展指导是当代普通高中的基本职能之一,主要包括理想、心理、学业、生活与生涯等方面。合肥一六八中学结合当代学生发展状况和学校工作实际,经过多年的实践、探索和提炼,构建了“五航”学生发展指导工作体系,建设理想领航、学业远航、心理护航、生活启航和生涯导航等课程单元,形成学生发展指导工作范例化、序列化、常态化开展的良好局面,促进学生全面、健康、可持续发展。Student development guidance is one of the basic functions of contemporary ordinary high schools,mainly including ideals,psychology,academic,life and career education.Hefei 168 High School,based on the development status of contemporary students and the actual work of the school,has built a"Five Navigation"student development guidance system through years of practice,exploration,and refinement.It has established course units such as ideal guidance,psychological protection,academic voyage,life departure,and career navigation,forming a good situation of exemplary,serialized,and normalized development guidance for students,and promoting their comprehensive,healthy,and sustainable development.
