摘 要:加强教师培训,提升基础教育教师整体素质和教书育人能力,是教育强国建设的“必答题”。合肥一六八中学着力研究教师的专业发展特点,将教师发展分为几个连续的阶段,聚焦不同发展阶段教师应具备的关键能力和核心素养,赋予教师特定的职业发展任务,实现分层、分级培养和管理。学校按照乐道教师、致远教师、骨干教师、学科带头人、领军教师五个层级,设计“六个一”项目,并以考核评价为手段,凸显专业发展的培养实效,形成层级+项目的普通高中教师发展双轮驱动格局。Strengthening teacher training,enhancing the overall quality and teaching ability of basic education teachers,is a"must answer question"for the construction of an educational power nation.Hefei 168 High School focuses on studying the professional development characteristics of teachers,dividing their development into several consecutive stages,focusing on the key abilities and core competencies that should be possessed in different stages of development,assigning specific career development tasks,and achieving hierarchical and graded training and management.The school has designed the"Six Ones"project based on five levels:cheerful teachers,visionary teachers,backbone teachers,subject leaders,and leading teachers.Through assessment and evaluation,the effectiveness of professional development training is highlighted,and a dual wheel driving pattern of hierarchy+project development for ordinary high school teachers is explored.
