摘　　要：高职院校军事理论课程作为通识课具有军事课和思政课双重属性,是提升学生军事素养、国防意识、政治素养的核心课程。本文阐述并分析了当前高职军事理论课教学中普遍存在的问题,建立了以习近平强军思想为引领;以总体国家安全观为主线;融入党的斗争精神、融入爱国主义、融入社会主义核心价值观、融入劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神;强化师资队伍为主要内容的“一一四一”教学模式,并将其应用于军事理论课程,取得了一定的教学效果,以期为同类课程的教学改革提供参考。As a general course,Military Theory in higher vocational institutes has dual attributes of military course and ideological and political course,and is the core course to enhance students military accomplishment,national defense consciousness and political accomplishment.This paper expounds and analyzes the common problems currently existing in the teaching of Military Theory in higher vocational institutes,and establishes the"1141"teaching mode with Xi Jinping's thought on strengthening military capabilities as the lead;with the overall view of national security as the main line;integrating the Party's fighting spirit,integrating patriotic thought,integrating the core socialist values,and integrating the spirit of model worker,the spirit of labor,and the spirit of craftsmanship;and with the strengthening of the teacher team as the main content.This mode is applied to the course of Military Theory and has obtained certain teaching effect.We hope it can provide reference for the teaching reform of similar courses.
