摘  要:弘扬践行教育家精神,必须将其置于特定的时代背景之中,洞悉其生成和发展的历史过程。教育家精神是中国式现代化的实践结晶,是教师群体显著的精神标识,是建设教育强国的强大动力。中国特有的教育家精神所蕴含的丰富内涵,不仅为新时代广大教师指明了前进方向,也为思想政治理论课教师提供了深厚滋养。思政课教师全面弘扬践行教育家精神,深刻理解把握其科学内涵、重大意蕴和实践路径,对建设新时代高水平思政课教师队伍具有重要意义。To promote and practice the spirit of educators,it is necessary to place it within a specific historical context and gain an in-depth understanding of the historical process of its emergence and development.The spirit of educators is the practical crystallization of Chinese-style modernization,a remarkable spiritual symbol of the teaching community,and a powerful driving force for building a strong educational nation.The rich connotations inherent in the spirit of educators unique to China not only point out the direction of progress for the vast number of teachers in the new era,but also provide profound spiritual nourishment for teachers of ideological and political theory courses.Therefore,we argue in the article that it is of great significance for teachers of ideological and political theory courses to comprehensively promote and practice the spirit of educators and profoundly understand and grasp its scientific connotations,significant implications,and practical paths,for building a high-level team of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in the new era.
