教育强国背景下的“五育”新解与实践路径

摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出:教育是国之大计、党之大计。培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人是教育的根本问题。在教育强国的征途上,到底何种人才才是适应并推动新的历史性变革的优秀人才?教育强国的时代命题赋予了“五育”崭新的价值意蕴:育人的根本在立德,唯有“德智体美劳”全面发展的新人才,才能担当社会主义的建设者和接班人。在教育强国的新教育生态转型的时代背景下,对“五育”的深刻意蕴和时代新解进行阐释,在幸福比成功重要,素养比分数重要,成人比成才重要的新育人理念下提出:坚持立德树人,深化德育内涵;进行学科渗透,培养智慧型创新人才;强化规则意识,弘扬体育精神;以美育美,点燃美育热情,涵养美学素养;“家—校—社”携手合作,重塑劳动情境,养成劳动习惯的基本结论。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that education is the foundation of our nation and of the Party.The fundamental question of education is who to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom to cultivate.On the journey to a strong country through education,we need to reflect on this question:what kind of people are the outstanding talents who are adaptable of adapting to and promoting the new historic changes?The mission of the era—education to strengthen the nation has endowed the“Five-Education”with new value implications.Specifically,the foundation of nurturing individuals lies in moral education,and only new talents who have all-round development in the five aspects of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and diligence can undertake the roles of builders and successors of socialism.This paper interprets the profound implications of the concept of“Five-Education”under the backdrop of China’s transforming to the new educational ecology of enhancing the nation through education.It also provides new interpretations to the content of education:that happiness is more important than success;literacy more important than scores;and personal development more important than possessing skills.With these new perspectives on education,the paper concludes that moral education should be conducted with substantial contents;scientific methods should be adopted in the cultivation of innovative talents with high wisdom;awareness of rules and sportsmanship should be amplified in education;aesthetics education should be enhanced by igniting individuals’enthusiasm and literacy for aesthetics;and cooperation between“home-school-community”should be strengthened to represent the working environments that fosters diligence.
