摘 要:教育惩戒旨在帮助违规违纪学生认识错误行为并进行矫正,以更好地促进学生的社会性发展,是学校规训的一种手段。教育惩戒的规训意涵体现在其过程是对学生身体的控制,其权力的运行离不开多层主体的监视,其核心指向学生的道德成长。当前,教师教育惩戒从价值、过程以及结果三个向度分别呈现着工具理性的骄纵对学生生命意义的消解、规范性不足造成教育惩戒育人功能的弱化、跟踪缺失致使教育惩戒实施效果的存疑等现实藩篱。教师教育惩戒超越现实藩篱可通过凸显教育情怀从而使教育性贯穿教育惩戒始终、建立监督机制进而促进教育惩戒权的规范行使、完善效果评估继而实现教育惩戒的个性化支持等途径来实现。Educational discipline is a means of school discipline,which aims at helping students to recognize and correct their wrong behaviors to better promote their social development.The disciplinary meaning of educational punishment is reflected in the fact that its process is the control of students' bodies,the operation of its power cannot be separated from the monitoring of multi-layer subjects,and its core points to the moral growth of students.At present,there exist practical barriers in the aspects of value,process and result of teachers' educational discipline,such as the elimination of the meaning of students' lives by the arrogance of instrumental rationality,the weakening of the function of educational discipline caused by the lack of standardization,the doubt of implementation effect of educational punishment caused by the lack of tracking.In practising educational discipline,teachers can adopt the following approaches to transcend the practical barriers:highlighting the educational sentiment so as to make education run through the whole educational discipline,establishing a supervision mechanism to promote the standardized exercise of the power of educational discipline,and improving the effectiveness of evaluation to realize the personalized support of educational discipline.
