摘  要:新时代大学教师身份标识是现实的“道德人”,而非传统、理想的“道德人”。它既独立存在,彰显着大学教师的伦理精神追求,又深深渗透在经济人、政治人、文化人和专业人身份之中并与其有机统一,表现为道德经济人、道德政治人、道德文化人、道德专业人等现实“道德人”具象。“道德人”是将“经济人”“政治人”“文化人”“专业人”身份融合的灵魂和关键,对其它四种身份起着统摄和调控作用,能有效克服这些身份的异化现象,自觉遵循经济伦理、政治伦理、文化伦理和专业伦理,在行动中将大学教师的自我利益选择与正当性的价值追求结合起来,以实现大学教师个人利益和社会价值有机统一。The identity identification of university teachers in the new era is the real“moral person”,rather than the traditional and ideal“moral person”.It exists independently,reflecting the ethical pursuit of university teachers,and deeply penetrates into the identities of economic,political,cultural,and professional individuals,and is organically unified with them.It manifests as the concrete manifestation of real“moral person”such as moral economic person,moral political person,moral cultural person,and moral professional person.Moral person is the soul and key that integrates the identities of“economic person”,“political person”,“cultural person”,and“professional person”,playing a commanding and regulating role over the other four identities.It can effectively overcome the alienation phenomenon of these identities,consciously follow economic ethics,political ethics,cultural ethics,and professional ethics,and combine the self-interest choices of university teachers with the pursuit of legitimate values in action,in order to achieve the organic unity of personal interests and social values of university teachers.
