摘 要:在教育事业的蓬勃发展和教师队伍建设的持续推进的背景下,师范生师德培育已成为提升教育质量的关键因素。本研究从主体论视角出发,深入探讨了师范生师德培育的路径。研究发现,确立师范生的主体地位,拓展其实践途径,并创新培育方法与手段,是有效提升师范生师德水平的重要途径。主体论的应用强调了师范生在师德培育中的主体性和自由意志,通过实践活动、案例分析、角色扮演等多种途径,引导师范生树立正确的价值观和道德观念。同时,利用现代教育技术、网络教育等手段,创新师德培育方法,增强了培育的针对性和时效性。Against the backdrop of the rapid development of education and the continuous advancement of teacher team construction,the cultivation of teacher ethics among normal students has become the key to improving the quality of education.This study explores the path of cultivating teacher ethics among normal university students from the perspective of subjectivity.Research has found that establishing the dominant position of teacher trainees,expanding their practical approaches,and innovating cultivation methods and means are important ways to effectively enhance the professional ethics of teacher trainees.The application of subjectivity emphasizes the autonomy and free will of normal students in the cultivation of teacher ethics,guiding them to form correct values and moral values through various methods such as practical activities,case analysis,and role-playing.
