摘 要:数字化教育已经成为教育强国建设的必然趋势,当前我国教师教育数字化转型正处于探索阶段,对其进行研究将有力推动我国教育改革高质量发展。文献研究与调查分析发现,教师专业发展内在诉求、数字化时代需求、高质量教育体系建构等共同驱使着教师教育数字化转型。此外,在后疫情环境为其转型创造便利的同时,在职教师也面临着数字鸿沟等困境。为推进教师教育数字化顺利转型,需要探索干预措施,提高教师数字素养;构建理论框架,指导转型推进方向;以实践为指向,发展转型试点项目;完善测评体系,引领转型阶段化发展。Digital education has become an inevitable trend in building China's strength in education,the current digital transformation of teacher education in China is in the exploratory stage and an in-depth study will be conducive to the high-quality development of domestic education reform.Based on the literature research and survey analysis,it is found that the intrinsic demands of teachers’professional development,the needs of the digital era,and the construction of a high-quality education system all drive the digital transformation of teacher education.In addition,while the post-epidemic environment creates a convenient environment for the transformation,in-service teachers are also faced with the digital divide and other dilemmas.In order to promote the digital transformation,teacher education can be developed in the following directions:exploring interventions to improve teachers’digital literacy;constructing a theoretical framework to guide the direction of the transformation;developing pilot projects for the transformation in the direction of practice;and perfecting the measurement system to lead the transformation to a stage-by-stage development.
