摘 要:《教育强国建设规划纲要(2024—2035)》系统描绘了教育强国建设的宏伟蓝图。办好农村教育是建设教育强国的托底工程。发展农村教育需要系统回应农村教育“在哪里”“到哪去”“怎么走”等关键问题。对标教育强国建设目标,农村教育需发展普惠优质的学前教育、优质田园的义务教育、多样特色的高中教育、普惠融合的特殊教育。为助力教育强国的建设,应从学校布局、教师队伍建设、学生发展、资源保障体系和数字化建设等方面系统发力,推动农村教育办学水平的全面提升。The Outline of the plan for building a Powerful Country in Education(2024—2035) systematically depicts the grand blueprint of building a powerful country in education.Running rural education well is the foundation project of building a powerful country in education.The development of rural education needs to systematically respond to the key issues of rural education,such as “where”,“where to go” and “how to get there”.In contrast to the goal of building a powerful country in education,rural education needs to develop inclusive and high-quality preschool education,high-quality and countryside compulsory education,high school education with diverse characteristics,and inclusive special education.In order to help the construction of a powerful country in education,we should make systematic efforts from the aspects of school layout,teacher team construction,student development,resource guarantee system and digital construction to promote the all-round improvement of rural education.
