摘  要:目的探讨临床医学专业卓越班和本科班毕业生临床能力。方法选取在湖北科技学院附属第一医院实习的卓越班和本科班学生共100人,进行OSCE和理论考试,比较考试成绩。结果卓越班学生OSCE成绩在问诊、辅助检查结果判读、总成绩等方面高于本科班学生,理论考试成绩A2题型得分高于本科班学生。结论卓越班学生临床能力部分优于本科班学生,可能与开展的基于器官/系统的整合式教学和基于问题的小组讨论式教学有关。Objective This study aims to investigate and compare the clinical proficiency of graduates from excellent physician programs and conventional undergraduate programs.Methods 100 students from the excellent physician programs and the regular undergraduate program was selectively recruited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Science and Technology.Participants underwent Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)and theory assessments,and their respective scores were meticulously compared.Results The OSCE test scores of the excellent students were higher than those of the ordinary students in the examination,interpretation of auxiliary examination results and total scores,and the A2 question scores of the theory examination were higher than those of the ordinary students.Conclusion The findings suggest that graduates from excellent physician programs demonstrate a heightened clinical aptitude in contrast to their counterparts in the conventional undergraduate class.This disparity may be attributed to the pedagogical approach employed,specifically the integrated teaching methodology based on organs/systems and the problem-oriented group discussion teaching.
