摘　　要：“安全管理学”作为安全工程类专业核心课程之一,其学科地位受到安全科学理论发展的影响,作为文理综合交叉的学科,“安全管理学”教学和研究一直是学界热点。当前安全学科建设和教学实践均处于转型发展期,“安全管理学”有必要进行改革创新。在此认识基础上,反思现有课程教学的现状及存在问题是实施改革的第一步,具体来看,应该从教材内容、教学方法和考核方式三个方面进行反思和梳理。此外,教学创新要有针对性,既要能解决现有问题,又能提出新看法。“安全管理学”课程的创新探索要以教材建设为基础,结合最新教学手段,加强实践性教学才能促进“安全管理学”教学的创新发展。As one of the foundational courses in"safety management",the advancement of safety science theory has a profound impact on the evolution of safety management.As a comprehensive interdisciplinary field encompassing the arts and sciences,the teaching and research of"safety management"has consistently been a focal point in the academic community.Currently,the construction of the safety discipline and the evolution of its pedagogical practices are undergoing a period of transition and development.This presents an opportunity to reform and innovate"safety management".In light of this understanding,it is essential to reflect on the current status of the course and the associated challenges.This reflection should encompass the content of the teaching materials,the teaching methods employed,and the assessment methods used.Furthermore,the teaching innovation should be targeted,addressing both existing problems and the introduction of new perspectives.The innovative exploration of"safety management"should be based on the construction of teaching materials,combined with the latest teaching methods,and strengthened by the incorporation of practical teaching in order to facilitate the innovative development of"safety management"teaching.
