摘 要:目的:了解孝感市高职院校学生营养基本情况、营养知识、态度及营养行为,为今后开展营养干预提供依据。方法:随机抽样,对孝感市高职院校540名在校学生进行调查及研究。采用问卷调查学生营养基本情况、营养知识、态度及营养行为。使用BMI对学生营养状况进行评价,采取食物频率法调查学生营养知识、态度及营养行为的现状。x^(2)检验分析不同情况学生的营养知识知晓率、营养态度、营养行为的差异。结果:在调查的孝感市高职学生中,肥胖(超重)为7.5%,正常为61.9%,消瘦率为30.6%,男生肥胖(超重)显著高于女生。学生营养知识总知晓率为53.2%,学生掌握了一定的营养知识,但不够全面,男生营养知识知晓率总体低于女生。90%以上的学生认为合理营养可以提高学习效率、维护身体健康、愿意改变不良饮食习惯、有必要了解营养方面的知识、关注自己的身体健康、规范自己的饮食使之更加符合营养要求,女生营养态度优于男生。86.7%的学生饮食规律性好、但在饮食荤素搭配方面表现不佳,喜欢吃荤食,只有38.9%的高职学生在选择食物时,考虑的首要因素是营养,说明大部分学生营养知识缺乏,饮食不科学。不同性别学生每天饮食荤素搭配有显著差异,女生吃素食比率较男生高。结论:应对孝感市高职学生进行营养干预,丰富学生营养知识,养成科学的营养态度,形成良好的营养行为习惯,进一步改善孝感市高职学生的营养状况,促进学生的健康。Objective:To understand the basic nutritional status,knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors of higher vocational college students in Xiaogan City and to provide a basis for future nutritional interventions.Methods:A random sampling method was used to conduct a survey on 540 higher vocational students in Xiaogan City.A questionnaire was used to investigate the nutritional status,knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors of higher vocational students by gender.BMI was used to evaluate the nutritional status of higher vocational students and the frequency of food consumption was used to investigate the current status of nutritional knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors.Two tests were conducted to determine the differences in nutritional knowledge awareness,nutritional attitudes and behaviors among higher vocational students in different situations.Results among the higher vocational students surveyed in Xiaogan indicated that 7.5%were obese(overweight),61.9%were normal and 30.6%were underweight.The rate of obesity(overweight)among male students was significantly higher than that of female students.The overall awareness rate of nutritional knowledge among higher vocational students was 53.2%.The students had a certain level of nutritional knowledge,but it was not comprehensive.The overall awareness rate of nutritional knowledge among male students was lower than that of female students.More than 90%of higher vocational students believed that a balanced diet helps improve learning efficiency and is beneficial to health.They are willing to change bad dietary habits,consider it necessary to understand nutritional knowledge,pay attention to their own health and regulate their diet to make it more nutritious.Female students had better nutritional attitudes than male students.86.7%of higher vocational students had good dietary regularity,but performed poorly in terms of balanced meat and vegetable intake,preferring meat dishes.Most people mainly ate staple foods,and only 38.9%of higher vocational students considered nutrition as the primar
