摘 要:克鲁普斯卡娅基于对苏联社会的深刻反思以及对马克思主义理论的继承创新,提出培养经济社会的建设者,读书学校必然转变为劳动学校;培养未来的生产工作者,劳动与综合技术教育相统一;培养集体主义活动者,科学的集体劳动是必要手段等核心观点,并将一系列理论思考落实在具体的劳动教育实践探索之中。新时代,深入推进劳动教育应坚持劳动教育育人本质,培养高素质时代新人;注重大中小学一体贯通,持续提升劳动教育实效;完善家校社协同机制,共拓立体化劳动教育环境。Based on her profound reflection on Soviet society and the inheritance and innovation of Marxist theory,Krupskaya proposed several core viewpoints:to cultivate builders of the economic society,the school focused on reading must be transformed into a school of labor;to cultivate future production workers,labor should be unified with comprehensive technical education;to cultivate activists for collectivism,scientific collective labor is a necessary means.These theoretical ideas were implemented in specific practical explorations of labor education.In the new era,to promote labor education in-depth,we should adhere to the educational essence of labor education and cultivate high-quality new individuals for the times.Attention should be paid to the seamless integration of primary,middle,and high schools to continuously enhance the effectiveness of labor education.Additionally,the coordination mechanism among families,schools,and communities should be improved to jointly expand a three-dimensional labor education environment.
