摘  要:文章旨在探索和实践OBE导向的高校数学分层教学模式。基于OBE教育理念,结合认知发展理论、多元智能理论、因材施教原则和最近发展区理论,构建一套针对不同层次学生的数学教学模式。该模式旨在通过精准分层评估体系构建、个性化教学方案定制、资源整合与创新利用、心理支持与成长引导以及持续质量监控与反馈机制,为学生提供更优质、更具针对性的数学教育。研究结果表明,该教学模式能够有效提升学生的学习成果和综合素质,为高校数学教学提供新的视角和实践路径。This paper aims to explore and practice an OBE-oriented hierarchical teaching model for college mathematics.Based on the OBE educational concept,combined with the cognitive development theory,multiple-intelligence theory,the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and the zone of proximal development theory,a set of mathematical teaching models for students at different levels is constructed.This model,through the construction of an accurate hierarchical assessment system,customization of personalized teaching plans,integration and innovative utilization of resources,psychological support and growth guidance,as well as a continuous quality monitoring and feedback mechanism,aims to provide students with higher-quality and more targeted mathematics education.The research results show that this teaching model effectively improves students'learning outcomes and comprehensive qualities,providing a new perspective and practical path for college mathematics teaching.
