摘  要:文章阐述了以循证护理为导向的儿科护理教学模式构建与实践,分析了该教学模式的理论基础、要素设计及教学资源准备,详细介绍了教学模式的实践过程。并提出了教学模式的改进与完善措施,如根据评价结果总结经验教训、调整教学内容和优化教学方法等,以期为提高儿科护理教学质量,培养具有循证思维和实践能力的护理人才提供参考。This paper elaborates on the construction and practice of a pediatric nursing teaching model oriented by evidence-based nursing.It analyzes the theoretical basis,element design,and teaching resource preparation of this teaching model.The practical process of the teaching model is introduced in detail.Moreover,improvement and perfection measures for the teaching model are proposed,such as summarizing experience and lessons based on evaluation results,adjusting teaching content,and optimizing teaching methods.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the quality of pediatric nursing teaching and cultivating nursing talents with evidence-based thinking and practical abilities.
