摘  要:随着教育改革的不断深入,育人方式以及社会需求的不断改变,普通高中生涯指导逐渐得到重视,但目前普通高中生涯教育依然存在生涯教师队伍缺失、专业性指导能力弱等问题。该研究以冰山理论为基础,兼顾显性和隐性胜任力的视角,在教师自我评价的基础上引入领导、学生以及家长三个客观评价主体进行评价体系构建。在初次建立指标、建立指标和权重设置三个阶段,通过问卷调查法、访谈法、菲尔德专家咨询法和层次分析法等研究方法,构建出一个包含2个一级指标,5个二级指标以及20个三级指标的评价指标体系。本次研究为提升高中教师生涯指导能力提供依据,并有助于监测和检验高中教师生涯指导胜任力水平。With the continuous deepening of educational reform,as well as the continuous changes in the way of educating people and social demands,career guidance in ordinary high schools has gradually received more attention.However,currently,there are problems in career education in ordinary high schools,such as the lack of a career-teacher team and weak professional guidance capabilities.Based on the iceberg theory,this study takes into account both explicit and implicit competencies.On the basis of teachers'self-evaluation,three objective evaluation subjects,namely leaders,students,and parents,are introduced to construct the evaluation system.In the three stages of initially establishing indicators,establishing indicators,and setting weights,research methods such as the questionnaire survey method,interview method,Delphi expert consultation method,and analytic hierarchy process are used to construct an evaluation index system that includes 2 first-level indicators,5 second-level indicators,and 20 third-level indicators.This study provides a basis for improving high school teachers'career guidance capabilities and helps to monitor and test the competency level of high school teachers in career guidance.
