摘  要:全面推进课程思政是深化立德树人根本任务的重要战略举措,强调应通过全员参与、全过程贯穿和全课程覆盖的育人理念,将各类课程与思想政治理论课紧密结合,从而实现协同效应,在潜移默化的知识学习过程中融入理想信念的精神指引。“食品营养学”作为食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全专业的必修课程,具有关键作用。以“功能食品”单元为例,探讨如何在教学中有效落实课程思政,强调课程思政与育人目标之间的有机衔接与深度融合,充分发挥专业课堂在立德树人方面的主要渠道作用,构建思想政治理论、综合素养和专业教育相结合的“食品营养学”课程教学模式。Comprehensively promoting the ideological and political courses is an important grasp of the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and educating people,with the whole staff,the whole process,the whole classroom nurturing pattern,so that all kinds of courses and the ideological and political theory course in the same direction,the formation of synergistic effect,in the“silent”will be the ideological and political theory course of study from the level of knowledge learning level into the level of ideals and beliefs of the spirit of the lead.“Food Nutrition”is a compulsory course for food science and engineering,food quality and safety majors.Take the“Functional Foods”unit as an example,implement the ideology and politics of the course in teaching,connect and integrate the ideology and politics of the course with the goal of educating people,play the function of the main channel of the professional classroom to promote morality and nurture people,and build the“Food Nutrition”course teaching mode integrating ideological and political theory,comprehensive literacy,and professional education.
