摘  要:随着生物科技的快速发展,具有较高检测效率和精准性的微生物检测技术逐渐成为食品安全领域不可或缺的检测工具,其在食品检测中的应用愈发受到社会的关注。鉴于此,本文介绍微生物检测技术,阐述微生物检测技术在食品检验中的应用范围以及应用要点,以供相关领域人员参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of biotechnology,microbial detection technology with high detection efficiency and accuracy has gradually become an indispensable detection tool in the field of food safety,and its application in food detection has attracted more and more attention from the society.In view of this,this paper introduces the microbial detection technology,and expounds the application scope and application points of microbial detection technology in food inspection,so as to provide reference and reference for personnel in related fields.
