摘  要:随着居民生活品质的提升与健康意识的增强,食品安全问题愈发成为人们关注的焦点。本文阐述了食品营养与食品卫生监管并重的重要性,分析了食品营养与食品卫生监管的现状,提出了同时强化食品营养与食品卫生监管的措施,旨在促进食品营养与食品卫生监管的协同发展,为居民的身体健康与生命安全以及整个食品行业的可持续发展提供建议。With the improvement of residents’quality of life and the enhancement of health awareness,food safety issues have become increasingly the focus of people’s attention.This article elaborates on the importance of balancing food nutrition and food hygiene supervision,analyzes the current situation of food nutrition and food hygiene supervision,and proposes measures to strengthen both food nutrition and food hygiene supervision at the same time,aiming to promote the coordinated development of food nutrition and food hygiene supervision,and provide suggestions for residents’physical health and life safety,as well as the sustainable development of the entire food industry.
