基于高等学历继续教育的课程思政教学实践探究——以质量管理体系课程为例

摘　　要：对高等学历继续教育的现状进行归因分析,厘清课程思政教学实践中存在的问题。以学习者为中心,探索质量管理体系课程思政教学,解决高等学历继续教育知识传授、能力培养、价值引领等三个短板问题。通过构建“全面质量管理”理念的终身学习体系,强化高等学历继续教育与社会培训服务功能。The article conducts an attribution analysis of the current situation of continuing education for higher education and clarifies the problems existing in the practice of ideological and political education in courses.Focusing on learners,This article explores the ideological and political education of the“Quality Management System”course,and addresses the three shortcomings of knowledge transmission,ability development and value guidance in continuing education for higher education.By establishing a lifelong learning system based on the concept of“Total Quality Management”,we aim to strengthen the functions of continuing education for higher education and social training services.
