摘　　要：Background:Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a degenerative disease that occurs in the central nervous system and is characterized by progressive cognitive dysfunction and behavioral impairment.The main pathological mechanisms are amyloid-βaccumulation(Aβ)and hyperphosphorylation of tau protein(P-TAU).Objective:however,there are no effective drugs for the treatment of AD,so the intervention and treatment of AD still need further research.Methods:We did a search and summary some of the new potential drugs and other interventions for the treatment of AD.Results:We found relevant anti-Aβ,anti-tau,anti-aging,the Apolipoprotein(APOE)control drugs and intervention in AD through exercise and diet.Conclusions:because most of these drugs are in clinical trials,more effort is needed to develop anti-AD drugs.
