摘 要:目的探索基于迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)测评方法,以临床实际问题为导引,探索循证医学(EBM)-PICOS法用于临床药学本科实习教学的培养模式的实践效果。方法纳入2023年7月至2024年月6月新疆医科大学2019级,在其各附属医院为期1年实习的130名临床药学本科生为研究对象。随机抽取65名作为对照组,另65名作为试验组,接受EBM-PICOS模式的案例教学。进行综合理论测试和Mini-CEX测评并匿名填写调查问卷表。结果试验组实习生的专科技能成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);问诊能力、药物治疗方案、用药重整、用药监护、用药交代、组织效能、整体表现均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组自我评价在探索问题能力、查阅文献能力、知识掌握度、临床思维及教学满意度方面的评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Mini-CEX测评的EBM-PICOS教学模式在提升临床药学本科实习生的临床实践能力和综合素质方面具有优势。Objective This study aims to explore the practical effects of a training model for clinical pharmacy undergraduate internships based on the mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)assessment method,guided by real clinical problems,using the evidence-based medicine(EBM)PICOS approach.Methods A total of 130 clinical pharmacy undergraduate students from the class of 2019 at Xinjiang Medical University,who underwent one-year internships at their affiliated hospitals from July 2023 to June 2024,were included in this study.Interns were randomly assigned to either a control group(n=65),which received traditional teaching,or an experimental group(n=65)that underwent case teaching in the EBM-PICOS model of evidence-based medicine.Both groups underwent comprehensive theoretical testing and Mini-CEX assessments,and anonymous survey questionnaires were administered.Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher specialist skill scores compared to the control group(P<0.05);abilities in patient interviewing,medication therapy planning,medication reconciliation,medication monitoring,medication counseling,organizational effectiveness,and overall performance were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Self-evaluations in the experi-mental group regarding problem-solving skills,literature search skills,knowledge mastery,clinical reasoning,and teaching satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The EBM-PICOS teaching model based on Mini-CEX assessment shows significant advantages in enhancing the clinical practice abilities and com-prehensive qualities of clinical pharmacy undergraduate interns.
