摘  要:随着新质生产力的发展,技工院校担负着培养高素质技能人才的重要使命,面临着培养高素质一体化教师队伍的紧迫任务。产教融合作为一种有效的教育模式,能够实现校企资源共享,解决技工教育与产业需求脱节的问题,提高技能人才培养质量。本文旨在分析发展新质生产力背景下技工院校教师队伍建设的现状,探索基于产教融合模式的创新策略,提升教师队伍质量,适应新的发展需求。With the development of new-form productive forces,technical colleges are tasked with the important mission of cultivating high-quality skilled talents and face the urgent need to build a high-quality integrated teacher workforce.Industry-education integration,as an effective educational model,can achieve resource sharing between schools and enterprises,address the disconnection between technical education and industrial demands,and improve the quality of skilled talent cultivation.This paper aims to analyze the current status of teacher workforce construction in technical colleges under the background of developing new-form productive forces and explore innovative strategies based on the industry-education integration model to enhance the quality of the teacher workforce and meet new developmental demands.
