摘  要:基于“岗课赛证”育人模式设计老年护理学课程,以岗定课,课程内容与岗位需求对接;以赛促课,拓展教学的深度与广度;课证融通,提升学生的就业竞争力。加强课程思政资源建设,实施“课前、课中、课后”三阶段线上线下混合式教学,构建“线上线下、课内课外、校企协同”三维课程思政育人模式。“岗课赛证”育人模式下的老年护理学课程思政混合式教学,有助于提升教学效果和老年护理人才培养质量,提高教师教学能力。Designed Elderly Nursing course based on the education model of"post-course-competition-certificate"with courses tailored to post requirements and course content aligned with post demands.Promoted courses through competitions and expand the depth and breadth of teaching.Integrating courses and certificates to enhance students'employment competitiveness.Strengthened the construction of Ideological&Political education resources,implemented a three-stage online and offline mixed teaching approach of"pre-class,in-class,and post-class",and construct a three-dimensional Ideological&Political education model of"online and offline,in-class and post-class,and college-enterprise collaboration".The mixed teaching of Ideological&Political education in Elderly Nursing under the education model of"post-course-competition-certificate"can help improve teaching effectiveness and the quality of personnel cultivation of elderly nursing,and enhance teachers'teaching abilities.
