摘 要:教育数字化转型已成为当前我国高校教育改革发展的主要方向。高校虚拟教研室作为依托数字化技术建立的全面促进教师教学能力提升的教学支持组织,具有数字化的教研平台、开放化的教研空间、多样化的教研互动、民主化的教研文化等时代特点。在新时代推进高等教育高质量发展的过程中,虚拟教研室已成为焕发高校基层教学组织新活力的突破口、推动高等教育提质增效的催化剂、引领高校教师教学学术成长的重要抓手。当前,高校虚拟教研室建设存在虚拟教研资源开发相对欠缺、虚拟教研模式运用存在不足、虚拟教研管理机制建设尚需优化、虚拟教研平台教学赋能薄弱等问题。高校虚拟教研室建设可以系统推进教研资源的有效供给,多管齐下推动虚拟教研方式的互动优化,机制创新优化组织的服务管理,科教融汇助力教研平台的赋能建设。The digital transformation of education has become the main direction of the current reform and development of higher education in China.As a teaching support organization established based on digital technology to comprehensively promote the improvement of teachers’teaching abilities,virtual teaching&research teams in universities have the characteristics of a digital teaching&research platform,an open teaching&research space,diverse teaching&research interactions,and a democratic teaching&research culture.In the process of promoting high-quality development of higher education in the new era,virtual teaching&research teams have become a breakthrough point for revitalizing grassroots teaching organizations in universities,a catalyst for improving the quality and efficiency of higher education,and an important lever for leading the teaching and academic growth of university teachers.At present,there exist problems in the construction of virtual teaching&research teams in universities,such as a relative lack of development of virtual teaching&research resources,insufficient application of virtual teaching&research models,the need to optimize the construction of virtual teaching&research management mechanisms,and weak teaching empowerment of virtual teaching&research platforms.To construct virtual teaching&research teams,universities can systematically promote the effective supply of teaching&research resources,take multiple measures to promote the interactive optimization of virtual teaching&research methods,innovate mechanisms to optimize organizational service management,and integrate science and education to empower the construction of teaching&research platforms.
