摘 要:目的依托微信平台运用标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)联合案例教学法(case-basedlearning,CBL)在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法选取2022年1―12月于内蒙古自治区人民医院神经内科参加住院医师规范化培训的40名学员。按照红蓝信封法分设对照组和研究组,各20名。对照组采用常规教学,研究组采用依托微信平台的SP联合CBL教学法。比较2组的批判性思维评分、理论知识成绩和临床技能成绩。结果教学前,2组的批判性思维评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,研究组的各项批判性思维评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,2组的考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,研究组的理论知识成绩和临床技能成绩分别为(95.45±2.25)分和(96.36±2.13)分,均高于对照组[(90.33±1.13)分,(92.81±1.18)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科的住院医师规范化培训中运用依托微信平台的SP联合CBL教学法,可培养学员的批判性思维能力,提升其理论知识及临床操作技能水平。Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized patients(SP)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the standardized training of neurology residents based on WeChat platform.Methods A total of 40 residents who participated in standardized resident training in the department of neurology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected,and were divided into the control group and the research group by red and blue envelope method,with 20 residents in each group.The control group adopted conventional teaching,while the research group adopted the SP combined with CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform.The scores of critical thinking,theoretical assessment and clinical skills assessment of the two groups were compared.Results Before teaching,there was no significant difference in critical thinking scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of critical thinking of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no significant difference in scores of theoretical and clinical skills between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of theoretical assessment and clinical skills of the study group were(95.45±2.25)points and(96.36±2.13)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group[(90.33±1.13)points,(92.81±1.18)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SP combined with CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform in the in the standardized training of neurology residents can cultivate residents’critical thinking ability,and improve their specialized theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills.
