医学进修生科研素养的培养研究

摘　　要：面对日益增长的健康医疗服务需求以及当前我国优质医疗资源不充足不平衡的现状,如何提高我国医务人员的专业素质和水平显得尤为重要。去大型综合医院进修学习也成为越来越多医疗人员提高自身水平的便捷通道和首要选项。临床进修作为医学教学工作的重要组成部分,在一定程度上能有效提高基层医务人员的综合能力,但进修学习过程中对科研技能的培养往往被忽视或没有进展。文章主要分析医学进修生的科研水平现状,结合自身带教经验以及大型三甲教学医院的科研教学模式,提出指导和帮助医学进修生科研训练的教学策略,以期激发进修生科研创新意识,培养创新型医学人才。文章能够为建立完整的医学进修生科研能力培养体系提供一定参考,切实提高医学进修生的教学质量,以期为医院进修管理和教学提供对策和建议。In the face of people’s growing demand for health and medical services and the current situation of insufficient and unbalanced high-quality medical resources in our country,how to improve the professional quality and level of medical staff is particularly important.Going to higher level large general hospitals for further study has also become a convenient channel and primary option for more and more medical staff to improve their own level.As an important part of medical teaching,clinical continuing education can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of primary medical staff to a certain extent.However,in the course of further study,the cultivation of their scientific research skills is often neglected or lack of progress.This article mainly analyzes the current scientific research level of doctors in clinical continuing education,combines their own teaching experience and the scientific research teaching mode of large first-class teaching hospitals,and proposes teaching strategies to guide and help the doctors in clinical continuing education in scientific research training,in order to stimulate the scientific research innovation consciousness of students and cultivate innovative medical talents.This paper can provide some reference for the establishment of a complete scientific research ability training system for students,and effectively improve the teaching quality of doctors in clinical continuing education,in order to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the management and teaching of training in hospitals.
