消化内科留学生见习两种教学查房方法的特点与反思

摘　　要：留学生是国内医学院校医学生的重要组成部分。留学生的见习带教有一定特殊性,教学质量有待进一步提高。文章基于四川大学华西医院消化内科的留学生见习带教情况,对比了基于PPT的临床病例讨论和传统式床旁临床教学的特点,为留学生见习带教提供参考。前述教学查房方法同属于案例教学法,均可用于留学生教学,增进留学生的医患沟通、病史采集、问题分析、鉴别诊断等临床能力。其各有优势,基于PPT的临床病例讨论信息量大、课程一致性和可控性好、教学成本与风险相对低、适合特殊情况下的教学;传统式床旁临床教学更容易培养临床综合能力、教学过程灵活。文章还从消化内科留学生见习带教医生的角度,分享对教学查房方法的心得体会与反思,以期为提高留学生的临床见习教学质量提供参考。Overseas students are important components of medical students in Chinese Medical schools.The internship of overseas students is special,and the quality of teaching needs to be further improved.This article compares the characteristics of PPT-based clinical case discussions and traditional bedside clinical teaching to provide experiences for internship of overseas students,based on the actual situation of international students in the department of gastroenterology of West China Hospital of Sichuan University.PPT-based clinical case discussions and traditional bedside clinical teaching belong to the case teaching method.Both can be used for overseas students’teaching and enhance the clinical ability of international students,in terms of doctor-patient communication,history taking,clinical problem analysis,and differential diagnosis.They also have their own advantages.Regarding to PPT-based clinical case discussions,it provides a large amount of information,good curriculum consistency and controllability,relatively low teaching costs and risks,and is suitable for teaching under special circumstances.As for traditional bedside clinical teaching,it can easily cultivate comprehensive abilities in clinical practice,and has flexible teaching process.This article also shares some experiences and reflections on the PPT-based clinical case discussions and traditional bedside clinical teaching,based on the perspective of a gastroenterologist in order to improve the quality of teaching.
