摘  要:在当今时代,教育家精神蕴含着十分丰富的内涵。在职业教育领域,教育家精神引领职业教育教师成长具有独特的要求,主要包括职业教育教师应坚定理想信念、涵养道德情操、增长育人智慧、修炼躬耕态度、勤修仁爱之心、树立弘道追求,并在加快推进教育强国建设、促进职业教育教师专业发展、提升职业教育人才培养质量等方面具有鲜明的时代价值。应发挥教育家精神的引领作用,具体策略包括:教师个人要实现“知情意行”四度成长;学校要构建职前职后一体化培养体系;政府要优化顶层设计形成统筹合力。In today's era,the educator's spirit is imbued with a rich connotation.In the field of vocational education,the spirit of educator plays a unique role in guiding the growth of vocational education teachers.This includes requirements for these teachers to firmly hold ideals and beliefs,cultivate moral sentiment,enhance educational wisdom,and foster a spirit of dedication.They are also expected to diligently cultivate a heart of benevolence and establish lofty educational pursuits.The spirit of educators holds significant contemporary value,as it accelerates the construction of an educationally powerful country,promotes the professional development of vocational education teachers,and enhances the quality of talent cultivation in this field.The leading role of the educator's spirit should also be considered,and the specific strategies include:teachers should realize the four-degree growth of knowledge,emotion,intention,and action,schools should build an integrated pre-service and post-service cultivation system.Moreover,the government should optimize the top-level design to form a coordinated synergy.
